The Peninsula Hokie Club is again hosting a luncheon to present highlights of the new VT recruits for 2016. The event is sponsored by Mr. Bill Leong – State Farm Insurance and will be presented by Coach Zohn Burden. This is an opportunity for club members and Hokie fans to get an idea of the quality of players we will be seeing in the future. Coach Burden will present video highlights of each new recruit in the class of 2016. In addition, he will answer questions about the Virginia Tech football program.
Coach Burden is the Running Backs Coach for the Virginia Tech football team. The 2016 football season is anticipated with excitement as a new team of coaches work with our football student athletes.
Reservation deadline is Thursday, January 28, 2016. Priority seating will be available for the first 75 people. Cost is $15 per person which includes one of the four food selections listed below and a soft drink (cost is $15.75 if paying online).

[ ] Drunken Chicken Tenders – chicken tenders hand battered in Newcastle beer, served wtih fries.
[ ] Chicken Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce in Caesar dressing topped with sourdough croutons and grilled chicken breast.
[ ] Black Forest Sandwich – grilled turkey on Bavarian pretzel roll with Applewood smoked bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and honey mustard; served with fries.
[ ] Classic Burger – Hand patted ground chuck, grilled. Topped with Boston lettuce, tomato, and red onions; served with fries.
