BUS TRIP FOR WVU GAME!

The Peninsula Hokie Club will be providing a Bus Trip on September 3rd and 4th to the Virginia Tech – West Virginia Football Game at FedEx Stadium, Maryland. Come out and cheer our Hokies on to victory over the Mountaineers while avoiding the headaches of Washington DC/FedEx Field traffic, and enjoy the company of your fellow Peninsula Hokies during the trip both ways.
We have chartered a 36 passenger bus through Educational Travel Service Inc.
to transport us from Patrick Henry Mall, Newport News, to FedEx Stadium and back. The coach provides air conditioned reclining chair comfort and Wi-Fi service.

Your cost is only $65.00 including a driver gratuity: quite a deal all things considered.

Please purchase your own football game ticket(s) at whatever cost level you prefer. Food is also each individual passengers responsibility. No stops will be made for food going to or returning from the game. You may bring your own food on the bus.

The bus will leave from near the north outside door at Dick’s Sporting Goods,
at 2:00 pm sharp and arrive at the stadium parking lot at approximately 5:15 pm, well before the 7:30 kick-off.

Our return will begin 1 hour after the game’s completion (or sooner should everyone get back to the bus earlier), with arrival at Patrick Henry Mall anticipate at around 4:00 am Monday, Labor Day morning.

Please contact Frank Feagan [Hokie Rep #218] as soon as possible and at the latest by August 8. Text: (757) 303-7889 or email:ff.vt75@gmail.com. Arrangements to receive your $65 will be made at that point. Your cost is fully refundable up through August 20. We must have 36 persons, minimum, to fulfill our charter contract. If we have more Hokies and friends than 36 we can move up to a 55 passenger coach and reduce each person’s cost; or you can choose donate the difference to the Peninsula Hokie Club's scholarship fund.

We look forward to having you join us for the trip and the football game:
Go Hokie Club, Beat the Mountaineers, and Leave the Driving to Us!
